High Volume Production Print Imaging Specialist
Candidates for this position must be able to work in one of the following geographic locations: Minneapolis, MN; Norfolk, VA; San Antonio / Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Washington, DC; Atlanta, GA; Manhattan / NYC Metropolitan Area. The position will not be reporting to the Ramsey, NJ location.

Positions may be available for High Volume Production Print Imaging Specialists to work on Xerox(r), Kodak Brand, or other brands of high volume (Segment VI) equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in training new sales partners and customers on products and operator"s duties as needed.Identify and communicate competitive machine activity, customer needs, sales leads and product launch expectations with Service/Sales management. Provide Service to CRD (Central Reprographics Department), Data Centers, Commercial Print Centers, and Service Bureaus in the Production Print environments on segment 6 Black and White and/or Color systems designated as Production Print Systems. Identify unique or potential problems with equipment and supplies, excessive workloads, equipment needs, performance or productivity, warranty part failure, etc.Complete activity reports and service history logs.Utilize best business practices when replacing and ordering parts, maintain and adjust sufficient inventory/stock and provide accurate billing for labor, travel and parts on time and material calls.
REQUIREMENTS: 5 plus years experience level working on/with Xerox(r), Kodak, Oce or other brands of high volume (Segment VI) Production Print equipment.Troubleshooting abilityAbility to think independentlyStrong desire and ability to learnHigh energy levelStrong electrical and mechanical skillsBasic electronics skillsClean driving recordAbility to carry out instructions and solve problems.
