We are looking for an enthusiastic learner, friendly, dependable individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will learn and grow with a executive IT operations support team at a Federal Government site located in downtown DC. As an employee of the company you will be offered excellent pay and benefits.

 

 

Daily Responsibilities:

§  Learn to provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting customer software, hardware, e-mail, BlackBerry or other PDAs, networking issues on site, via phone, remote tools and e-mail on primarily Windows XP networked Enterprise desktop environment.

§  Document incidents and problems in call tracking software

§  Escalate, coordinate, and collaborate support issues with multiple teams as necessary.Assume ownership of projects and tasks as assigned.

 

Desired Skills:Minimum exposure to desktop environment, interest and acumen to learn various aspects of technology.MS Office 2003 application suite use; i.e. Word, Excel PowerPoint.Excellent oral and written communication skills with positive, customer-centric attitude.Excellent multi tasking and time management skills in fast paced environmentsMust pass a background investigation (not security clearance).Must pass a background investigation (not security clearance).
