HR/Staffing Coordinator/Admin (Staffing/Recruiting)

Job Title: HR/Staffing Coordinator/Admin

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Term: Full-Time/Perm

Compensation: Based on Experience

 

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an energetic go-getter with a solid experience in the support of a fast paced HR Team with an emphasis on Staffing and Recruitment.

 

· 40% of the role will be in Talent Acquisition

· 30% of the role will be assisting VP of HR, CEO and CFO (including travel)

· 20% of the role will be in HRIS

· 10% of the role will be working on miscellaneous projects.

 

Responsibilities:

· Enter new hires into Oracle

· Facilitate payroll and benefits set up

· Manage Job Postings and Assist with organization at Career Fairs and Campus Events

· Manage interview scheduling

· Make sure applications and background check forms are completed

· Process background checks

· Receptionist Back-Up

· Back up to HRIS

· Special Projects

· Support CEO, CFO and VP of HR

· Manage and Coordinate Department and Company Meetings

· Manage/Coordinate Service Awards

· Back up scheduler for the employee integration meetings

 

Qualifications:

· BA/BS in Business or related field

· 3- 5 yrs of experience in HR- with an emphasis on staffing and recruitment

· ERP/HRIS system experience; Oracle preferred but will consider experience with any system such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Resumix, etc.

· Ability to multitask in fast pace working environment

· Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese a strong plus
