HR Specialist
HR Specialist - HR pro needed for busy department. Responsibilities include HR data analysis, tracking and reporting including EEO, key performance indicators (KPIs), information system (HRIS ABRA), job classification tables, and exempt and non-exempt employee processing including wage and performance appraisal schedules. Ability with wage surveys, data collection, reporting, and spreadsheet management. Must have demonstrated research, analytical, project planning, organizing, and implementation skills.Coordinates and serves as back-up in team environment along with benefits, training and recruitment specialists. Strong interface relationships with IT, Payroll, Safety, and other departments. Effective communication skills needed to conduct new-hire orientation processing, and other employee informational meetings. Must be well-organized.Qualification requirements include: Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field, or experience equivalency of 4-6 years directly in HR or personnel office where confidentiality and accuracy is a must.
