This person will work in a fast paced environment with abundant room to grow and perform. College graduates with several years of experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Job Description
· Manage and grow our Asian recruiting and HR consulting business
· Maintain business with existing clients
· Find new clients via trade shows, publications, e-mail marketing, etc.
· Manage the relationship with our clients throughout the recruiting/HR process
· Help with recruiting as needed (interview top candidates)
· Promote and oversee our Asia HR webcasts
· Manage and make improvements to www.pacificbridge.com website
· Stay on top of Asian HR trends and write articles on Asian HR current issues
Candidate requirements
Undergraduate/graduate degree from a good school with a good GPA (over 3.2)1-5 years of work experienceAsian language ability (Chinese preferred)Some experience working with senior executives or maintaining relationships with clientsStrong interest in AsiaAbility to multitaskExtroverted personalityStrong analytical skills and detail orientedHighest ethics and integrity; hardworkingGood writing skills
