HR Recruiter

Recruiter-Human Resources - FT, TEMPORARY POSITION.

Leading Peoria Hospital has immediate opening for a first shift HR Recruiter.

In this role you will furnish organization with qualified personnel for employment and volunteer vacancies through research, marketing, interviewing, and the screening process in accordance with the corporation's priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance to departments and employees regarding staffing, volunteer programs, continuity, policy protocols and fair employment practices.( American Disability Act, Equal Employment Laws and E.R.I.S.A.)

Requirements

Computer experience with microsoft office suites is required.

Previous experience demonstrating knowledge of volunteer and employment practices, EEOC laws, and knowledge of hospital operations is desired.

If you have self direction, creativity, and a strong ability to communicate with people individually and in groups is essential to the position.
