HR Generalist

We have an immediate need for an HR professional in our Mokena headquarters.  In this newly-created position reporting to the Director-HR, you will play a lead role in staffing and selection, process and policy development, compliance and other areas of HR administration.  This is an excellent opportunity to use your talent to further our business success - and also to develop and enhance your strategic HR management skills.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, though not required. Experience with selection strategies, and a knowledge of basic HR management principles, is required.  Required competencies also include: a strong sense of accountability; a high level of trustworthiness; strong results orientation; and excellent communication skills.  Occasional overnight travel could be required.
