Location:US-GA-Atlanta Job Number:ATL0001C Employee Status : Regular Job Type :Experienced Schedule : Full-time Description The HR Analyst / Compliance Analyst is the key Southeast People Team resource for Ernst & Young area projects related to compliance with various internal programs, licensing, learning, as well as administration of the area's internal bonus program (Variable Pay Program). Also supports other compensation related activities as needed Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Works with People Leader and People Consultants on a variety of projects including compliance, reporting, analysis, implementation of programs Administers and provides routine analysis and reporting for: Southeast Variable Pay Program (VPP) program CPA licensure process, compliance, follow up, reporting Compliance administration and reporting for various internal programs and processes Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with requirements Works with PeopleSoft and other internal tools to reflect VPP awards, compliance report updates Assists People Leader, People Consultants and Managers with compensation related issues as needed To qualify, candidates must have: Specialized Knowledge/Skills: General HR knowledge required including compliance with the state and federal laws. Strong problem solving, communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player. Education/Experience: 3-5 years' experience in project coordination, HR-related discipline or other relevant work experience. A Bachelor's Degree is required. Training/Equipment: Strong MS Office skills are required: Expert level Excel skills Intermediate Word and PowerPoint HRIS experience a plus, especially PeopleSoft.
