Global Pricing Programme Leader
The Business: This is an exciting time to join a renowned Defence and Avionics business with a global footprint. Due to a long history of acquisition, the business launched a strategic objective to drive organic growth via a multi-faceted transformation programme. As a result, a series of change projects have been planned to target top line revenue growth, drive efficiencies and enable organisational capabilities. We are now looking for high potential individuals to lead some these challenging global projects and enjoy a successful long-term career within the organisation. With high visibility, the transformation programme offers the successful applicant an opportunity to develop their profile at board level of this dynamic FTSE 100 business. The Position: The Global Pricing Programme Leader will lead the organisational change project for pricing across the organisation, taking it from a high level overview of the project and its benefits through to detailed scoping and design ensuring effective implementation. Leadership Responsibilities:• Recruit and manage a pricing team• Develop detailed plans for implementation at Strategic Business Unit level• Report to the sponsoring Executive and VP Transformation Major Tasks:• Identify addressable revenue• Identify which Business Units offer the greatest potential• Create a detailed roll-out calendar • Estimate resourcing requirements and training required to support the programme• Determine organisational model for the pricing project• Design pricing reporting metrics and reports The Person: You will be a proven leader with project management skills and a history of delivering effectively, on time, on target and to budget. An experienced change manager, the appropriate individual will have demonstrable influencing skills leveraged on an international scale. Commercially-minded, you will be driven by taking ownership and reaching out for support where required. Your experience of developing and implementing pricing strategies will enable you to hit the ground running when you start with the organisation. You are likely to be MBA qualified, and please note experience of working within the Aerospace & Defence industry will benefit your application. You will be required to undertake global travel as appropriate.
