General Office Administrative Positions
These positions will require a variety of tasks ranging from moderate to extensive phone work, data-entry related tasks, proofing and processing applications and/or contracts, and both verbal and written communication between co-workers, licensed insurance agents and the insurance carrier employees to facilitate the new business and/or contracting process.
Job Requirements:
Positions require a minimum of a two year degree with two years clerical experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job. Interpersonal communication skills, meticulous organization, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are a must. A strong commitment to a team culture and positive attitude is required. Must be familiar with Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must be able to operate copiers, scanners, and other office technology. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and work well independently, as well as in a team setting, in a fast-paced environment is needed.
