General Manager- Dry cleaning (San Antonio, TX)

Who are we?

Drynotopia LLC specializes in opening One Price Dry-Cleaners. We have been in the dry-cleaning business since the mid 1980’s and have both managed and owned our own stores.  We have opened over 30 dry-cleaners with our program and have a proven track record of success not only for ourselves and our company, but for the new managers that work with us.

Who are you?

We consider you a candidate to manage one of our stores.  No experience in dry-cleaning is necessary, but any experience that includes leadership, management, multi-tasking, customer service and hustle is a plus.  You must be self-motivated and completely dedicated to achieving success in this business.  You also need to believe wholeheartedly in the value of exceptional customer service and have a desire to be an active and involved manager.

What do we provide?

Drynotopia has positions available in the San Antonio, Texas area. We provide an extensive training program both prior to opening and at the actual location.  This training is backed up by a Store Handbook that is a blueprint for the operation.

Once the store is open, we provide all the training and supervision necessary to help the manager attain the full potential of the store.  We assist not only in dry-cleaning, but in all aspects of running a successful business, including marketing, bookkeeping, cost controls, etc.

What’s the deal?

The salary starts at $1,000 to $1,250 per week (pre-tax) depending on your previous experience and qualifications.  There is also an opportunity to ultimately own the store by moving from management to the next phase-- the lease/option program. Once basic costs have been met, we save a percentage of the store's profits in an escrow account for the manager to use as a down payment should he/she decide to exercise the option to purchase the store. These funds DO NOT come out of the manager’s salary-- rather, they are an incentive to achieve as much success as possible and be a part of the business's future.  The option of using the saved funds toward the purchase of the business is offered at the end of three years.

What can you expect?

You will operate the business as if you were the owner from the beginning while we provide all the support necessary to ensure your success.  After the initial 3 year period, your extra income will be determined by the success of the store.  We will be happy to discuss the typical range you can expect in person.
