GM Distribution & Warehousing Manager

CEVA Logistics provides Fortune 500 companies value-added supply chain services, such as network design/redesign, high-velocity cross docks, fulfillment centers, sequencing, kitting, sub-assembly, return logistics, dedicated contract transportation and e-Commerce solutions.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for leading the contract/s and all employees in the growth and development of additional business opportunities with existing customer. Ensure ongoing customer service and maintaining customer relations by focusing on the contract’s daily operations based on the needs of the customer. Responsible for the attainment of profit objectives of contracts.

•Must have demonstrated excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. •Excellent oral communication and customer relations skills. •Excellent organizational and financial management skills. •Ability to train, motivate, coach and counsel others. •Must possess problem solving, conflict resolution, decision making and planning /organizing skills. •Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills. •Must be creative and possess the ability to think strategically outside the box. •Must be computer literate. •Previous start up and Project management experience preferred.

A Bachelor’s degree with a plus in logistics, 3PL or transportation. 5 – 10 years senior management experience in a transportation/ industrial environment. Union experience a plus.
