Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:  Supervise Terminix call center sales floor with fellow floor supervisors to maintain sales/service budgets and enforce business rules. Monitor, train and effectively use all company resources to achieve stated goals.  Perform other associated duties as assigned..Shift: Monday - Thursday, 1pm to 10pm and Saturday, 8am to 5pm, off Friday and Sunday. The Supervisor works flexible hours to cover any shift. Up to 5 weeks paid training, OJT, and field training is available. Essential Duties / Responsibilities: Manage a team of contact center professionals Drive key performance metrics to achieve company goals Motivate, coach and mentor staff Review new pest sales/service records generated by the center Act as liaison between Field, Customers, Call Center Management and Branches to determine status of pending sales/service and follow-up action as needed Maintain detailed record keeping and follow through of sales/service until completion Generate various daily production and activity reports.  Availability to be scheduled for shift(s) Sunday through Sunday 5:00 a.m.-11:00 pm. Shifts subject to change. Work additional time as necessary and/or as directed by management to accomplish team and company goals Evaluate team’s performance and enforce progressive discipline. Motivate personnel through multiple means. Report on sales center key performance metrics Train new hires Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Workforce Management Coach and mentor Center Professionals Develop Team Leaders Schedule staffing to meet all business needs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:High School diploma/GED minimum required. Minimum of three (3) months 1st level or mid-level supervision experience with call center type environment experience. Sales experience preferred and telemarketing experience is ideal. Strong verbal (telephone) and written communication skills. Satisfactory performance in all department categories (i.e., monitoring, accountable time, customer records, attendance, etc.). Attendance within company guidelines is a must.
