File Clerk

AWHR is seeking a full time file clerk/permit runner.  This position will require 40 hours per week.

Duties:

 

* Open permits with the varouis municipalities in the Miami area.

 

* Obtain signatures from customers* File permits when work has been completed.

 

* Track all open permits and ensure there are no open permits with work that has been completed* Must have reliable transportation.

 

* Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

 

* Maintains customer confidence and protects organization reputation by keeping customer account and company information private.Skills/Qualifications:
