The position will be in direct support of the Sales Group, more specifically, the Paychex Business Solutions and Human Resource Services team.
Position Summary:
The Field Support Specialist will be responsible for organizing, processing, and managing the administrative activities and processes dealing with new client sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting Sales, Corporate HRS, Client Services, and the New Business Department in obtaining pertinent contract information to ensure Client Service Agreements can be submitted and processed in a streamlined fashion Submit new client information and revenue statistics to Corporate HRS for processing and product/service initiation.Respond in a timely manner to Corporate-generated discrepancies by working directly with sales representatives, external clients and internal operations.
· Maintains current and accurate mutual fund quarterly financial performance results; ensures that all sales offices have most current results to give clients.
· Collect, input and analyze Weekly Activity Report data for each sales rep on team.
· Coordinates CPA/CPE and client seminars on an as needed basis.Providing customer service/support to external clients. Updating and distributing District revenue, ranking, and departmental reports
· Typing, copying, answering telephone, coordinating schedules.Assist in planning and organizing face to face team meetings, conference calls, and similar events Coordinating travel where appropriate Performs miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; preference for College graduate
At least two years of relevant business administration, paralegal, sales support, or contracts administration experience within a corporate environment or equivalent-level work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Process oriented Strong prioritization skills Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Excellent document reviewing and proof-reading skills Ability to maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures Solid, demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including but not limited to data bases, spreadsheets, word processing, and email functions, and ideally, familiarity with Business Objects. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Successful candidate needs to be quick learner, flexible, and reliable, and have the ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment No or very limited physical effort required The position will be involved in a team environment, interacting and assisting various other departments
