USM has a history of consistent and robust growth as well as an excellent reputation in our industry.  We are looking for a Facilities Operation Manager to join our team who has a strong management background in retail floor care.  Responsibilities include:

· Manage assigned territory, scheduling visits to provide appropriate client coverage

· Conduct inspections at client sites

· Generate reports in timely fashion

· Coordinate service visits with customers as required

· Overnite  hours required when supervising work

· Includes up to 25% travel

Our requirements:2 – 3 years Supervisor experienceFloor Care knowledge a must, landscape experience a plusComputer experience including Excel and OutlookOutstanding customer service  and communications skillsSuperior general organization skills and the ability to multi-task effectivelyValid driver’s license
