Facilities Associate

Fulltime Facilities Associate needed for professional office in White Plains, NY.  Responsibility for general office maintenance including, but not limited to changing light bulbs, polishing and maintaining conference rooms, spot cleaning, and maintaining the appearance of office corridors including cleaning walls and moldings.  In addition, this position will assist in office moves, as needed, that will require the ability to lift heavy objects.  This is a stand alone position and requires strong time management and multi tasking skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly.  This position will work directly with the Facility Manager for the office.  This is an hourly, entry-level position.
