FINANCIAL SERVICES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

A successful financial services company is looking to hire bright minds that share a passion to help others service their mutual funds. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and driven while working in a supportive team environment. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to be hired on permanently with great benefits!Each day you will provide a high level of customer service to shareholders in an inbound call center environment. You will process various transactions including purchases, redemptions and exchanges. In addition, you will provide information regarding accounts and other financial topics and will resolve problems and correct errors. Pay is between $11 to $12 DOE with a $0.50 increase after a two-week paid training period.
