We are looking for someone who will

 

·         Provide superior customer service by making the process EASY and enjoyable for our customers by finding solutions to their obstacles. 

·         Enhance productivity using strong organizational skills and attention to details.

·         Apply your communication skills to fulfill needs to insure customer satisfaction and support the sales team.

 

.BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Heavy phones  - respond to a high volume of customer inquiries and requests

·         Order Entry - process orders online and confirm to customer

·         Verify accuracy of pricing, quantity and products. Create and maintain a high volume of paper documentation.

·         Create and communicate delivery schedules to customers

·         Problem resolution – track shipments, pricing, return of merchandise, backorders,

·         Establish and maintain good business relationships with the manufacturer's associates

·         Create and distribute sales reports

·         Process and track applications of new customers

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.

·         Create and maintain customer database

·         Utilize database to distribute information to customers

·         Create marketing documents and distribute

·        Provide backup to other customer service representatives.

•    Various projects and duties as assigned.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Must have 3 recent years previous customer service experience in an office situation to be considered

·         High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

·         Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task

·         Proven track record of stability and commitment to providing excellent customer service

·         Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Windows

o        Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Outlook including experience using tables and mail merge features in Word, creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with formulas and creation of presentations in PowerPoint

·         Excellent attendance and punctuality is essential

·         Must be available for occasional overtime during the week and Saturdays as needed

 

 

Hourly wages contingent on experience and skill levels. 

Benefits include health and dental insurance, holidays and vacation.

 

Our small business is a leading commercial roofing manufacturer’s representative firm located in Lewisville, Texas.  

Once we find the right person, we are ready for immediate hire.

Office hours are 8:30-5:30 with some overtime required.
