Senior Recruiter / Junior Recruiter

Job Description

A general description of responsibilities is to follow and is not intended to be all inclusive. The Executive Tree may, at it’s discretion add or change the duties of the or any position at any time.

 

Research Recruiter at The Executive Tree conducts full cycle recruitment and parts of the recruitment process such as research while maintaining client satisfaction and placement of candidates in a timely professional manner. 

 

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountability

Senior Recruiter

·  Project management

·  Full cycle recruitment process and projects

·  Direct sourcing into companies and organizations via directories, internet and  

   phone

·  Generation of target lists for sourcing

·  Completion of corporate organization charts

·  Conduct candidate development – interview candidates for fit and interest

·  Give suggestions and help others with projects

·  Conduct Business development with current and non current clients for

    commissions 

 

Education Required

BA preferred but not required High school education required

 

Years of Relevant Work Experience  3 to 5 years of research or executive retained recruitment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree preferred

·  3+ years of past executive recruitment experience or research experience for SRlevel position

·  Must be able to have fun talking with people on the phone with the intent of

   getting information

·  Non corporate atmosphere but must be have an extremely professional phone

   presence

·  Demonstrates ownership for projects and work

·  Ability to think on your feet and be creative

·  Solution oriented individual

·  Sets quarterly goals and achieves them

·  Insists on Quality and Client Service be a high priority

·  Has a passion for recruitment and research

·  Interviewing skills so professional that you can talk to the heads of industries

·  Grasps essentials of complex issues and initiates actions that are most

    appropriate for the business

·  Identifies inefficiencies

·  Adapts quickly to changes

·  Builds effective partnerships with employees

·  Displays character, integrity and honestly with clients and employees

·  helps foster a team and inclusive environment

·  Excellent communication skills

 

Junior Recruiter at The Executive Tree conducts parts of the recruitment process with high quality and accuracy. Business development is NOT an aspect of this position with 100% of your time being billable to clients.

·  Team building skills

·  Direct sourcing into companies and organizations via directories, internet and

    phone

·  Give suggestions and help others with projects

·  Ability to move up to Senior Recruiter

 

Education Required

BA preferred but not required High school education required

 

Years of Relevant Work Experience - 0 to 3 for Junior Recruiter
