Career Group Inc., premier recruiting agency in Los Angeles, is seeking a skilled individual who is eager to become successful in a position with one of our top clients. You’ll quickly excel in this multifaceted position as you draw upon your excellent organizational and time management skills to assist a talented professional with a variety of high priority projects.
As the Executive Assistant, you will use daily your well-developed administrative skill set to keep the duties assigned to you by this high-profile executive moving forward. Responsibilities include managing a complex executive calendar, coordinating various business meetings and appointments, organizing domestic and international travel itineraries, ordering office supplies, and processing all information coming into the office. Qualifications:
-2-4 years of administrative experience
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
-A college degree is highly preferred
-Good sense of business priorities and strong problem-solving skills
-Fantastic organizational and time management skills
-Ability to stay flexible and poised under pressure
-Meticulous attention to detail and top-notch written and verbal communication skills
-Interest in finance a plus
