Dynamic, growing company is in search of a smart, customer-focused and results-driven self-starter to serve as an executive assistant to the co-CEO's.  The environment is positive, warm, friendly and new! Close knit team environment. Some of the tasks include heavy customer contact, scheduling of events, travel arrangements, presentations and both written and verbal correspondance.


The job requires a positive attitude and the ability to manage priorities in a customer-focused environment. The right candidate will be detail oriented and be able to handle senior-level professionals and their busy schedules. Very in-depth knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint especially) and excellent written and verbal communication skills a MUST. This is a business professional environment! Associates degree or better required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Salary will be commesurate with experience!
