Responsibilities Include: Process all incoming Contracts/Addendums/Closing Docs Log and forward all checks/cashier checks to appropriate Title Co. Copy and Distribute all Contracts/Addendums/Misc Paperwork Create new files as needed File all documentation in Escrow File Maintain all Escrow Files Work with Title Co on Closings Job Requirements:Ideal candidates will posses 3+ years of experience in an Escrow department in a corporate environment, proficiency with Word/Excel/Access and a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
