Entry Level Sales and Marketing to Management!

Archetype Solutions, Inc. is one of Long Island's premiere marketing firms looking to fill ENTRY level sales and marketing positions.  We are looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals to fill our Sales & Marketing positions. We are ready to train the right candidates to advance into higher positions within the company. 

Job Description:

*Attend daily business training development meetings

*Meet new and existing clients

*Create and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle

*Create and present cost saving analysis for small to medium size business clients

*This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects

*Partake in job training exercises for human resource experience

*Manage and have accountability for a small team of Account Representatives

 

We will provide:

*One on one training with an emphasis on management

Candidate Requirements:

*Must have college degree or equivalent industry experience

*Excellent people skills, organizational, written, verbal, and negotiating communication skills are needed

*Possess attitude and abilities that are adaptable to Management position

*Willingness to join and grow with privately owned firm

*Candidates should be highly personable, ambitious, aggressive, and pro active looking to excel within an entrepreneurial environment.
