The Associate Services Sales Representative searches out opportunities with new and existing customers. The Associate Services Sales Representative provides an overview of Services line card to customers, leads the customer down the sales path and then hands off the to Services Sales Rep. Requirements:Education: Two years college coursework or one to two years sales or related industry experience.Knowledge of: professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care.  Basic technical and product knowledge.  Basic understanding of Ingram Micro programs and services.Skill in: personal computing and keyboarding.  Basic sales and persuasion sills.Proficient in systems (i.e., Impulse, Excel, IMtellitrack).
