Entry Level B2B Sales Associate 

 

Our staffing company is currently looking to hire a professional sales force dedicated to marketing courier services to business customers nationwide. This company operates in the $50 billion global express market and competes head to head with the likes of Federal Express and UPS.  There are over 150 offices nationwide and this company continues to grow into new markets.

 

Job Description:

Entry-level sales positions with this company offer potential candidates the opportunity to gain superior sales skills, in a small business environment, grow into a management position and gain valuable experience selling for future opportunities. The overnight shipping industry has an unlimited prospect base with minimal competition.

 

New hires will be trained on how to sell in a business-to-business environment. Training includes prospecting for new business, conducting successful sales presentations, organizational skills and proper follow-up.

Sales representatives are responsible for a quota of new accounts on a monthly basis, starting one month after training. A strong desire to learn is more important than knowledge on how to sell. Enthusiastic team players wanted. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.

 

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus monthly commissions. Cell phone, monthly car allowance. Average first year income ranges $40-$60K+. Bonuses and incentive trips are awarded regularly for sales representatives who exceed defined benchmarks.

Additionally, this company hands out more than $100,000 in quarterly and annual bonus money to reinforce an appreciation for those who perform at a high level.

 

Requirements:

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurability are required.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree or equivalent work experience.  Experience in sales is not required.  Training will be provided.  Recent college grads strongly encourged to apply.
