EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ANALYST

IPS has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic candidate with knowledge of group insurance plans to act as a liaison between the broker and the insurance carrier.  Our independent client company provides outstanding customer service in all aspects of employee and executive benefits and financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Research, analyze and evaluate group insurance plans for employer groups of 50-125 lives and provide optionsDiscuss renewal/marketing strategy with Broker and Account MangerPrepare attractive and clear proposalsDevelop and maintain relationships with Carriers and brokersMaintain and improve knowledge of new products, changes and underwriting guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge of group insurance, underwriting experience desiredSkilled use of  MS word, Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelStrong communication skillsCa. Life & Health insurance license preferred but not requiredTeam player, integrity, positive attitudeStrong organizational skills, detail oriented, responsive and self- motivated
