Employee Benefits Account Executive Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a large, well-established, insurance organization based in northern New Jersey.

Candidates must have 4+ recent, progressive, years of benefits experience, preferably within a brokerage or consulting company but other industries may be considered.

You should have heavy client contact experience and insurance company interaction along with renewal negotiation experience. You will need to formulate new proposals for presentation to clients, and prepare premium and claims information reports for clients.
