POSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Customer Support/Client CareSALARY: 18.00 - 18.00 USD /year **EXPERIENCED Admin Assistant needed** Strong Administrative Assistant Needed–  Job DescriptionWe seek a dedicated, highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a pleasant personality and professional telephone voice.  Ability to multi-task is essential as our office is high energy and teamwork-oriented! The type of work required is:  §         Word processing§         Filing§         Email retrieval & distribution§         Phones (after training)§         Photocopying§         Faxing§         Proofing§         FedEx labels & packages; tracking§         Mass mailings§         Inventory/ordering supplies§         Hosting client meetings; preparation and cleanup§         Maintaining office appearance§         Phones (after training)§         Closing the office (after training) We use Microsoft Office 2000 on a Windows operating system.  Experience with Microsoft Word is expected.  Experience with Outlook (e-mail system), Excel, ACT (contact management software), PowerPoint, phones, travel and other systems are a plus. Hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime required as necessary.  Business attire Monday – Thursday and casual on Friday, unless clients are visiting, then business attire is requested.  Smoking and perfume are not permitted due to allergies.   We have a great team and would welcome an enthusiastic, hard working and supportive new team member!      About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
