Job Description: The E Commerce Data Content Specialist (Part of Merchant Operations Group) will be responsible for developing and maintaining the content of multiple Websites for content, editing and data upload. You will be in charge of managing daily updates which will affect directly revenues trend. Perform operational and development tasks in support of the online service and other web services and online products.
Responsibilities:Analyze data feeds using proprietary software advice data services team of issues Assume complete ownership for assigned Data areas and be responsible for the end product as displayed to consumers Expand and QA the product specifications, price and additional information for assigned areas of our website Enter accurate product specifications into Proprietary database.Maintain data integrity on websites, conducting random monitoring of live site content.Expand and refine the structure for data product areasSolve problems and develop solutions to data issues and customer satisfaction concerns. Enter accurate product specifications into Proprietary database Maintain communication between the account manager team regarding customer information

Supervision and demonstrate initiative A commitment to quality, organization, and attention to detail.Ability to learn quickly Strong understanding of Internet operations and data production is essential Strong reasoning/problem solving and analytical skills Interest in Healthcare products and ecommerce. Desire to succeed and the demonstrated work ethic to ensure your successMinimum 2-3 years work experience in a detail-oriented position, preferably in the ecommerce industryMS office applications experience absolutely required (specially Excel) and SQL experience strongly preferred Good Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) BA/BS Degree required
