Director of Services LPN Manager

Director of Services is sought to complement our ever growing team of professionals. This opportunity invites the energetic, self starter with experience in assisted living enviroments to manage our current nursing and HHA team at a 24-bed assisted living home and 10 bed memory care home in Hinckley and Pine City area. Vehicle with gas provided or mileage reimbursment to manager who would supervise nurses and staff of 30-plus for 3 days a week plus remain on call via phone.

Primary responsibilities include: budgetary roles, supervision of LPN managers, business management duties, managment of HHA staff, clinical direction, as well as insuring growth and profitability of the company. Canidate will need to work well an interdisciplinary team as well as be able to take direction. Computer skills mandatory as well as a minimum 2 years experience with assisted living nursing and business managment affiliation to ensure quality levels are consistent with our company's values, mission and goals.
