Director of Sales
Specialized Staffing Solutions is looking to add an experienced Director of Sales to their leadership team.
Primary function is to provide sales leadership, motivation and direction to the sales team in our four locations. The Director of Sales reports to the President, and works with a diverse team of Sales Managers and Business Development Managers, Customer Service Managers to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a key sales management role and a minimum of 7-10 years in the staffing industry. Job requires extensive travel and an average work week of 60+ hours weekly.
Excellent compensation and bonus program. Opportunities for profit sharing based on individual contributions.Â
