Director of Recruiting
Exciting position with sales branch office of national firm in Rochester, NY. The Rochester Branch employs 90+ employees. Are you ready to take your next career step in recruiting with a leading national leader? Be a part of this branch who has earned top sales ranking nationally—consistently.
Responsibilities include being a key member on the management team. Have full charge of recruiting, screening, testing and selection of sales and marketing candidates. Secure memberships and be active in community business organizations (to stimulate referrals of candidates). Represent the company as a key PR person at community business events and meeting. Handle college recruiting, job fairs and professional employment events.
Requirements include four-year college degree. Must have successful and proven experience as a recruiter (with a staffing or search firm, or corporate recruiting or related). Strong passion for recruiting and PR. Excellent public presentation skills required. Salary plus an attractive director bonus plan.
