Director of Operations

Crowe Paradis is a nationally recognized insurance claim services firm providing professional advocacy, consulting, compliance and recovery services that benefit employees, employers and insurers simultaneously. With a focus in the areas of Social Security, Medicare, Second Injury Fund Recoveries, and Subrogation/Third-Party Claim Recoveries, we serve the group disability, workers’ compensation, health, automobile, and property and casualty insurance markets.  We are based in Wakefield, MA.

 

 

We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our team.

 

While reporting to the Vice President of Operations, provides the leadership, management, and drive for results necessary to ensure that a fast growing  Professional Services company has the proper administrative and reporting procedures to effectively manage existing business and future growth plans of the organization.  Manages, directs and coordinates the activities of Team Leaders toward the achievement of established objectives. Responsible for departmental operations of a growing case management unit, analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of staffing, customer service, process, claims, by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

·  Provide leadership and management aligned with organizational mission and core values.

·  Responsible for driving departmental tactical, operational goals and objectives consistent with the organization’s future.

·  Ensure the measurement and effectiveness of departmental operational processes internal and external. Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition.

·  Evaluate current department structure and processes recommend and implement improvements necessary to achieve maximum efficiencies and excellent customer service, increasing company profitability.

·  Motivate and lead a high performance team; attract, recruit and retain required members of that team; provide mentoring and career development programs to departmental managers.

·   Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

·   Through leadership and personal example, sets a tone that promotes an ethical culture.

·   Animates and inspires the organization through the compelling nature of their actions by demonstrating enthusiasm, consistency, and persistence in pursuit of operational excellence.

·   Demonstrates an underlying passion for measuring and improving performance to exceed customer expectations.

·   BA degree with 3+ years experience in successfully managing Team Leaders or Supervisors in a claims or call center environment
