Director of Marketing
Executive recruitment firm specializing in Real Estate seeks a Director of Marketing for our client, a prominent New York City Real Estate firm.
Primary Responsibilities Initialize and source prospective investments Identify national and international investment prospects that meet firm's goals Maintain relationships within multi-billion dollar domestic and international real estate investment industries Interface with private wealth management, trust/estates, tax advisory, fund sponsorship and real estate brokerage industries Achieve target volume and revenue goals Implement firm's policies and procedures
Job Qualifications Master's degree in real estate or finance preferred 5+ years relevant client relationship and new product development experience Exceptional analytical, organizational and management skills Significant network of contacts within the investment community Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a high pace environment Motivated self-starter Computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
