What WE NEED: We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious individual who thrives on multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment to develop our Career Services and Placement program. If you are ready to apply your leadership skills to direct and coordinate our Career Services Department, then this is the opportunity for you. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Establish community partnerships with other service organizations to establish and maintain a relevant referral network. Actively coach graduates and students on career search strategies, personal marketing, interview skills, self-promotion methods and materials. Develop, track, report and document graduate employment statistics, success stories and employment progress. Conduct special events and workshops to current students on employment outlook, graduate successes, job opportunities and other relevant job search information. THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED: Ability to build strong employer relationships Persuasive communication skills, with an orientation toward results Good presentation skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment An ongoing customer focus The highest levels of integrity at all times A bachelor degree 3-5 years' experience in career placement services highly desirable.
