Location:US-NY-New York Job Number:NEW00009 Employee Status : Regular Job Type :Experienced Schedule : Full-time Description Ernst & Young, a world-leading professional services firm, is currently seeking data analysis professionals for our rapidly expanding Information Management & Analysis Services practice. Based in either New York, New Jersey, or Boston, you will join our Northeast Area practice where we focus on solving complex client business problems involving the acquisition, validation analysis, and reporting of data. As a leader in the practice, you will team with information management professionals, other service line leaders, and industry subject matter experts throughout diverse practices to develop a wide range of business intelligence, analytical, and data warehousing solutions that are customized to our client needs. You will assist clients in their risk management, compliance, data quality/governance, and decision support needs applying advanced analytical problem-solving techniques. You will also play a role in business development and shaping operating methodologies/standards used within the practice. Responsibilities: As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple engagements and related activities. You will lead teams of information management resources in all aspects of design and delivery of business analysis solutions. The Manager is responsible for managing multiple client engagement teams at an executive level within the practice and the firm. This will involve collaboration with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work programs, timelines, risk assessments, and other planning documents. You will also be responsible for ensuring high quality in client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork, informing supervisors of engagement status, and managing staff performance. The specific responsibilities of managers, in coordinating other services, will vary with the size and complexity of engagements, as well as the experience of the team members assigned. It is required that you demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems/operations and IT environment trends. You will leverage these skills to identify engagement and client service issues, and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations. It is essential that you demonstrate strong problem solving, project management, leadership, and sales skills. You must also be able to inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to bring value to clients. A minimum of 5 years of experience with a focus on analytics and problem-solving skills.
