Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Technician for Harte Hanks supporting Texas Instruments, you will receive inbound inquiries from Texas Instruments customers regarding technical and non-technical issues for semiconductor devices, and handle issues at various levels of technical support. As a key member of this support Team, you must understand and remain within support boundaries, and follow detailed escalation procedures. A combination of having strong technical/product knowledge, relationship building skills, and sales lead generation skills makes you the ideal candidate for this opportunity. As a Customer Support Technician for Harte Hanks supporting Texas Instruments, you are the voice of Texas Instruments!
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Attends and understands client training
Ability to retain knowledge of specific technical and product skills on a daily basis
Help customers understand products by using professional and knowledgeable communication skills
Requirements:
Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
Must be able to communicate ideas and products
Must be able to understand and communicate electronics terms
Must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge as required by account
Must be able to perform basic data entry

General application knowledge helpful
Understand schematics/datasheets for device functionality ie (amplifiers, power management, logic, data-converters, DSP, and microcontrollers)
