Customer ServiceOrder Processing
Description: Serves customers by providing product and service information.
                        Â
Duties:
* Open and maintain customer account information.
* Prepares product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
* Tracks production requests and output for manufacturing plants, by completing weekly reports.
* Service customers by answering questions and responding to requests in a timely manner.
* Set up and maintain Logistics contracts.
* Schedule and track deliveries for customers.
* Complete customer billing.
* Generate purchase orders and complete follow up with customers and manufacturing facilities.
* Very High paced environment, canadiate will need the ablility to multi task.
