Customer Service Supervisor / Mail and Shipping Services

IKON Office Solutions is currently looking for you to supervise the day-to-day operations at a customer location.  In this position, you will manage customer relationships, provide training and complete reports as well as other rewarding tasks.  As a Site Supervisor, you will maintain the workflow, ensure the office equipment is running smoothly and work through customer needs.  In addition you will be handling mail, shipping services and data entry. Intermediate computer skills are needed. As the point person on site you will be responsible for handling customer issues and contract compliance, while also performing day-to-day front-end tasks. Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 plus years of experience in a related field.
