Customer Service Representative ? Specialized Easy commute from Gardendale, Dora/Sumiton, Morris, Warrior areas 3-4 openings. Candidate(s) will provide excellent customer service assisting sales staff in closing sales by providing product information to customers that the candidate gains through detailed training. Candidate must be detail oriented, self- starter and a good communicator with a pleasant phone voice. Experience in an in-bound call center environment is preferred. Must have basic clerical skills, including Word and Excel. Candidate(s) must be able to work some extended hours if required. Base hourly pay rate plus commission. Excellent benefits package including health care and profit sharing.
