Customer Service Representative – Office Records Storage Company located in Worcester, MA (College Square area) looking for a full time Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include answering phones, purchasing, data entry, work order entry, assisting with day-to-day projects, work order processing and job scheduling.
Qualifications:
-MUST BE SKILLED in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word)
-Detail Oriented
-Excellent verbal & interpersonal communication skills
