Customer Service Representative - Merchant Credit Card Processing- Chinese Speaking
ABC Global Systems, Inc., a credit card processing company in New York, NY currently seeks a Chinese speaking Customer Service Representative for Merchant Credit Card Processing. We seek a self-starter who is results oriented, works well independently and has excellent customer service abilities. You will be a team player who is approachable, coachable, and with a strong desire to expand your experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

OPPORTUNITY:
As a member of our Customer Service team, you will answer customer calls and work diligently to resolve their payment issues. Your commitment to understanding each individual’s situation, and conducting research to identify a solution, will ensure ABC is the vendor of choice.  Patience and understanding are essential to addressing customers’ concerns and for resolving stressful issues.Â

Responsibilities:
 -Answer 30-100 calls a day with a positive, helpful attitude.
 -Identify customer concerns by probing for necessary information.
 -Research multiple online databases for solutions.
 -Provide customers with necessary information to resolve their problems.
 -Document conversations accurately and data input of outbound call records
 -Respond to e-mail and fax inquiries. -Verify transactions with issuing banks.  -Assist clients with potential credit card fraud inquiries.  -Research merchant bankcard issues and assist with resolution.  -Provide the highest level of customer service to all external and internal clients.  -Follow-up calls to customers.

Requirements:
        -Minimum 2 years of telephone based customer service experience.
        -Experience in Banking a plus.
        -Some advanced education preferred.
        -Exceptional problems solving skills.
        -Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
        -Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) language skills REQUIRED.
        -Computer savvy with MS Office Suite Experience.
        -Attention to detail and ability to perform in a high volume environment.
        -Friendly, upbeat attitude.
