Choice Logistics is seeking customer service professionals to join our New York City based HQ operation to fill several roles:

 

 

Call Center Representative (Overnight)

· Responsible for taking inbound customer service calls.

· Accountable for processing requests via fax, web, and telephone.

· Able to differentiate a multitude of complex client specific requirements.

· Interact with other departments to resolves issues.

 

 

Control Desk Representative

· Ensure that orders are completed according to client specifications. 

· Liaise with network partners to resolve service issues and communicate with clients accordingly.

· Maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

 

Special Services Coordinator

· Create tickets for non critical inbound, outbound and defective shipments.

· Monitor and facilitate resolutions to client email requests.

· Ensure the timely shipping of all overnight shipping requests.

· Modify and process client replenishment programs.

 

 

Requirements

· 2+ years of recent experience in a busy call center/customer service environment.

· Familiar with a variety of the call center and customer service concepts, practices and procedures.

· Ability to work independently.

· Must be exceptional problem solver and think outside the box for creative and active resolutions.

· Possess excellent follow up skills.

· Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

· Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment.

· Excellent typing skills.

· A positive attitude.
