Customer Service Dispatcher
Job Purpose:
Serves customers by dispatching service technicians for printer & copier repairs.
Duties:
* Answer all incoming telephone calls.
* Monitoring of status of all service calls from initial dispatch through call completion.
* Updates service database by verifying and entering data.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including filing & processing mail.
* Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Ability to answer multiple phone lines in professional manner.
* Typing skills 30 wpm.
* Strong computer, organizational and data entry skills.
* Must be able to multi-task.
* General geographic knowledge of Greater Boston and surrounding communities.
