Customer Service Associate

Growing company in Nashville, TN is seeking to hire an addition to their team. This person must have a great personality, be very service oriented, have experience working with customers on a daily basis, and have some retail experience.

•Greet and assist customers in a retail and customer service environment.
•Place sales orders, coordinate and schedule deliveries, process credit reports and applications
•Inside office administrative assistant, handling accounts receivable, updating customer accounts, issuing credit memos, making collections
•Resolve customer complaints regarding delivery of damaged or incorrect merchandise
•Compile daily, weekly, monthly sales and financial reports, and answer multi-line phone system
•Organize sales team and reports for management
