We will bothknow which category you fit into within a short period of time. If youhave a slow month, we're going to help you figure out why, and workhard with you to make it better. If you allow yourself to be successful….You Will! Our product is that good!•We're not interested in anyone who is looking for a spot to spend a fewmonths on their way to the "next thing." We want someone here for thelong term. If you put in the honest effort, you will be extremely successful! You will make sales! That degree of that success depends on you! What exactly is this position? •This is an inside and outside sales position - this means you willspend time here at our offices on the phone, meeting, and planning, anddoing online web presentations. You will also be required to travel on occasion as often as may be necessary. Whatever it takes to “Get the Deal.” The larger the deal, the more likely it is that you must go on site to close it. We also attend approximately 6-8 Trade Shows a year and you may be asked to come be a part of some of those. They typically run from 3-4 days long and are “Out of State” We accommodate those travel expenses.•We'll guarantee that you'll make a very worthwhile income in your firstyear with the potential to make much more. Give us your time, talentand energy in the first few months to learn our product, and our waysof selling. There isn't a salesperson here who doesn't absolutely believe in the product. You can have complete confidence in what you are selling! It is a very rewarding and worthwhile experience to become a part of our team.
Requirements
What are we looking for?• Someone who’s dynamic, talented, energetic, self-confident, and absolutely loves to sell. •Someone with inside sales experience, but who isn't afraid to learn newthings. Don't come in and tell us how to sell before you understand ourproducts and our customers. Listen and learn. Once you've learned whatwe know,then we expect you to help us make it even better - you arecrucial to our success! • Someone who is not afraid to makegood money (we've seen many"salespeople" that talk the talk, only to becontent with a modest income). We want you to be hungry and enjoy thethrill of the close - and we want you to always want more! •Someone who is dependable. If you're inconsistent - tend to arrivelate, or leave early - don't bother applying. You will not make ithere. You must showup to work, and give 100% while you're here. •Someone who is excellent at follow-up, time management, knows how toclose,knows how to deal with objections, doesn't take a "no"personally,and loves the sales process. • We don't care if you know anything about the construction industry or not,we'll help you learn the industry. There are many facets of construction that are each different in their own right. You will have the opportunity to sell to all of them.
