Job Description:
Networkcar is a leading provider of vehicle telematics to the consumer and commercial fleet marketplace. We are looking for Customer Support Service Representatives for the Networkcar business unit. This person will be responsible for managing all customer service functions on both sides of the business, retail and fleet.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to: Maintaining accounts and increasing sales volume through reorders from existing customersTrouble shooting devices as neededVerify device installationsIssuing Return AuthorizationsConfirm Return Authorization status and track shipments as neededResolving and responding to support email inquiries Process routine transactions for our customers; Account setups, vehicle transfers, deactivations, warranty swaps, and registrations.
Skills & Qualifications:Must be computer and internet savvyGood communications skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Skills1-2 years of previous Customer Service experience (call center)Previous experience with trouble shooting GPS and/or cellular devices Good attitude and likes to have fun while they work
Education/Experience:
Associate Degree or Equivalent
