The position will work with patients, insurance companies, and otherthird-party providers to obtain resolution on accounts.Initiate payment arrangements, with some agreements requiring the approval of aManager. May initiate skip traces to locate customers. Adheres to establishedguidelines when deciding on appropriate remedy. Continually learns thefunctions of the group to effectively perform the job and meet the goals andobjectives of the business unit. Requires a minimum of high school diploma/GED, basic computer skills, must becustomer-focused, team oriented, and possess a professional phone demeanor.Qualifications include highly developed oral communication skills, basickeyboarding/computer skills and the ability to negotiate and persuade. Job Requirements:-Computer Literate- Microsoft office software a plus. -Candidates must pass apre-employment criminal background search.-Excellent oral and written communication skills.-Knowledgeable of Predictive Dialer operations helpful.-Ability to handle multiple tasks and fast paced environment.-Excellent people skills with strong leadership skills.-Minimum typing speed- 40 wpm.-Ability to analyze internal processes and results.-Familiarity with FDCPA regulations and enforcing compliance-Organized and detail-oriented-Strong oral and written communication skills-Other dutiesas assigned
