Corporate Talent Acquisition Coordinator

General Summary:   The Corporate Talent Acquisition Coordinator reports to the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition and is responsible for providing operational, logistical and administrative support for the HQ Corporate Talent Acquisition function. This is a highly visible role with a strong degree of internal and external client interaction. The TA Coordinator must be outgoing and confident in working with individuals at all levels of the organization. S/he must able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and against tight deadlines, must be highly professional, confidential with sensitive information and demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills.  Duties and Responsibilities: Supports the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure outstanding candidate experiences, including: -  Schedule interviews and video conferences for Corporate candidates, under direction of Talent Acquisition Consultants. -  Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates. -  Greet and Host candidates during on-site interviews. -  Set up of Video Conferences. -  Coordinate reimbursement to candidates for travel/expenses, when appropriate. Supports the new hire and onboarding processes. Supports Talent Acquisition Consultants in sourcing and screening candidates, completing reference checks, and other research. Organize and maintain scheduling and recruiting file system. Reconcile procurement card expenditures monthly. Prepares expense reports. Supports the Talent Acquisition team in a variety of projects. Supports Director of Talent Acquisition in business-critical priorities and day-to-day activities including the planning, reporting, logistical support, delivery and integration of special projects. Job Specifications: BA/BS or equivalent work experience. Light recruiting experience and/or interest in Recruiting/HR opportunity. Administration/ Support experience. Highly professional. Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive /confidential information. Strong MS Application Experience: Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience. Previous experience working with HR Systems and generating HR reports highly preferred. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management skills. Demonstrates strong problem skills and a high level of initiative. History of displaying a strong ability to build and maintain relationship across the organization.
